Lauren Ryan is in her second year of distance running with the Lady Jacket cross country team...participated in just one event during the 2017 cross country campaign - a 29:02 effort at the 6K Open Race of the All-Ohio Championships at CU’s Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.
High School - Homeschool graduate....four-year letter winner in cross country at Minnetonka High School.....earned Most Valuable JV Runner Award....three-year letter winner in track & field.....four-year letter winner in nordic skiing.....named Rookie of the Year as a freshman.....team captain during senior season.
Personal - Professional writing & information design major at Cedarville University.....born 3/31/99 in Excelsior, MN.....daughter of Perry and Michelle Ryan.....older brother, Ethan, was a member of the cross country team for one season at Northwestern College in Saint Paul, MN.....has another older brother and a younger sister.
