  • Served as one of five captains during the 2020 COVID-abbreviated fall schedule
  • Ran in three of the four meets 
  • Finished as CU’s #3 runner at the G-MAC Championships in Tiffin, Ohio with a 6K time of 22:56.3
  • Top 5K effort was a sixth-place finisher as Cedarville’s #1 runner at the Louisville Classic with a career-best 18:16.7 effort

2019-20 (Junior)
  • Ran in seven of the eight cross country meets during the fall campaign
  • Cedarville’s #2 finisher in six of the seven meets
  • Top 5K performance was an 18:24.4 at the Queens Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Placed 14th to grab the final position on the G-MAC Second Team with a career-best 6K time of 21:40.3 in Pepper Pike, Ohio
  • Runner-up at the NCCAA Championships in Point Lookout, Missouri with a 5K time of 19:04.5 to earn All-America recognition and help CU to their 12th national title
  • Earned 57 individual points during the indoor campaign
  • Won the 800 meters (2:22.79) as Cedarville claimed its third straight NCCAA Indoor Track & Field banner in CU’s Doden Field House
