Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Bethany Wailes returns to the Lady Jacket soccer team for her final season of action..... will serve as one of three captains this fall.....started all 17 matches last year as part of a stellar defensive group that posted a school record four consecutive shutouts.....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete. 

2008 - Appeared in 16 matches with nine starts.....saw extensive playing time in the midfield position.....part of a defensive unit that posted eight shutouts on the year. 

2007 - Played in 15 contests with three starts.....only assist of the year came in the final match of the season at Mount Vernon Nazarene. 

High School - Participated in two sports at Cedarville High School.....four-year participant for the high school club soccer team.....Team MVP and captain in 2006.....three-year letter winner in track.....class vice-president. 

Personal - Dean’s List student as a nursing major at Cedarville University.....born 5/9/88 in Colorado Springs, CO.....daughter of Tom and Deborah Wailes.....has two older brothers.....older sister, Hannah, graduated from CU in 2009 and was also a member of the Lady Jacket soccer squad.....also has a younger sister.
