Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Jill Carroll returns for a final season with the Lady Jacket soccer team.....started all 18 matches she appeared in during the 2010 campaign.....lone assist of the year was a game-winner to Amanda Bunton against Rio Grande in the opening match of the Cedarville Classic.....five of nine total shots were on goal for a .556 sog%.....provided steady and consistent midfield play to a CU defensive unit that posted seven shutouts and allowed 1.3 goals per game.

2009 - Appeared in 12 contests with eight starts......recorded the game-winning tally - a header off a corner kick - in a non-conference shutout victory at Campbellsville.....filled in as keeper for one match......allowed four goals and made one save in a late-season 4-0 AMC setback against Walsh.

2008 - Appeared in 20 contests with 16 starts including six as a keeper.....registered a 1.33 GAA with two shutouts while making 28 saves.....first career shutout came in a 2-0 AMC win at Mount Vernon - CU’s first-ever victory over the Cougars.....second shutout of the campaign came in the very next match - a 3-0 AMC win at Ursuline.....scored one goal and tallied two assists.....first collegiate goal recorded in a 2-0 verdict at Rio Grande.....assisted on two goals in Cedarville’s 5-1 AMC win against Point Park.

High School - Produced a two-sport career at Warren High School.....four-year letter winner in soccer.....team captain as a senior.....two-time Team MVP.....All-District Second Team performer both junior and senior seasons.....played in District All-Star game as a senior.....three-time Southeastern Ohio Athletic League First Team selection.....RVSC ‘89 Shock club team captured 2006 West Virginia State Cup Championship....two-year letter winner in basketball.....member of SEOAL championship team in 2005-06......earned All-District honorable mention and All-League First Team honors as a senior.....played in BACF All-Star game during senior season.....Academic All-League for both soccer and basketball in each of her four-year high school career.
