Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Kaleigh Rowlands is in her third campaign with the Lady Jacket soccer squad.....transferred to CU after playing freshman season at NCAA Division I Campbell University.....will serve as a co-captain this fall.....appeared in 16 of the 19 matches including 15 starts.....integral part of defensive unit that posted seven shutouts and allowed just over one goal per contest.....added two assists during 2014 - versus Trevecca Nazarene and Oakland City.....13 of 18 shots were on goal for a .722 shots on goal percentage.....Great Midwest Athletic Conference Academic Team for second consecutive season.

2013 - One of seven players to start all 22 matches.....posted a second-best six assists.....tied for sixth on the squad with six points.....notched a pair of assists in two different contests - the season-opening 5-0 win at Wheeling Jesuit and the 4-0 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) victory at Trevecca Nazarene.....earned All-Ohio Division II Second Team honors.....G-MAC First Team selection.....member of the G-MAC Academic Team.

2012 - Appeared in 14 matches with five shots and three shots on goal for the Camels.....team finished 10-8-1 overall with a 5-6 mark in the Big South Conference.

High School - Produced a stellar prep soccer career at Northmont High School.....served as team captain during junior and senior campaigns.....three-time Team Most Valuable Player.....earned Greater Western Ohio Conference (GWOC) First Team All-Central Division honors as a junior.....received GWOC Second Team recognition as a senior.....two-year member of the Miami Valley Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association First Team All-Dayton Area North Team.....club experience with the Ohio Galaxies and the Ohio South ODP State Team.....also earned three letters in basketball.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Allied health major at Cedarville University.....born 9/18/94 in West Carrollton, OH.....daughter of David and Kristen Rowlands.....both parents played basketball at California Lutheran.....has a younger sister and a younger brother.
