Biography
Ashley Herbert begins her first season of competition with the Lady Jacket track & field squad after a two-sport running career at Moon Area High School.....earned four varsity letters in track & field.....squad captured the 2008 sectional championship.....named co-captain as a senior.....two-time qualifier as a member of the 4 x 800 meter relay unit at the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) meet.....earned the Ed Merges Memorial Athletic Achievement Award.....three-year letter winner in cross country.....member of two-time sectional championship cross country squad.....two-time WPIAL state qualifier.....co-captain during senior season.....National Honor Society student.
Personal - Nursing major at Cedarville University.....born 10/27/89 in Pittsburgh, PA.....daughter of Charles and Pamela Herbert.....has a younger sister.
