CAREER STATS 

Carly Rose is back for her third year with the Lady Jackets.....ran in five varsity cross country meets this past fall.....recorded a 5K effort of 20:26 at the Queen City Invitational to begin the 2017 campaign.....completed the season with a career-best 5K performance of 19:12 as CU captured their 11th NCCAA national title in Jackson, Mississippi.....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.

2016-17 - Middle distance competitor in track & field.....G-MAC Indoor First Team as part of winning 4 x 400 meter relay unit that established a meet record time of 3:59.52.....outdoor runner-up in the 4 x 400 for G-MAC Outdoor Second Team honors..... ran in six of the eight cross country meets as a junior.....placed 17th of 122 runners at the 5K Friendship Invitational on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course with a career-best 19:18 performance.....CU’s third-fastest runner at the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Championship in Clinton, Mississippi with a time of 19:22 over the 5K course.....posted a new career-fastest 6K time of 23:19 in the season-opening Queen City Invitational in Cincinnati, Ohio....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2015-16 - Earned G-MAC Indoor First Team recognition as a member of the 4 x 400 meter relay championship foursome.....placed 3rd in the indoor 800 meters.....G-MAC Outdoor First Teamer in the 4 x 400 and was 3rd in the 800.....part of school-record in the outdoor 4 x 800 meter relay of 8:59.84 set at the Texas Relays that also earned recognition as one of the 2016 Accusplit Relays of the Year.....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.....G-MAC Academic Team.....participated in five of the seven cross country meets.....CU’s #5 runner at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Championship in Elkins, West Virginia - posted a 24:40 6K effort as the Lady Jackets captured the G-MAC title.....ran a career-best 6K performance of 23:34 at the All-Ohio Championship at CU’s Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.....had a 5K PR effort of 19:37 at both the Friendship Invitational and the Evansville Invitational.....G-MAC Second Team.

2014-15 - Produced an outstanding rookie campaign on the track.....National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) indoor champion in the distance medley.....NCCAA Indoor All-American in both the DMR and 800.....NCCAA Outdoor All-American as runner-up in the 4 x 800.....helped set school record (12:01.62) in the indoor distance medley at Indiana University.....member of school-record outdoor 4 x 800 quartet at the Emory Invitational with a 9:04.08 performance.....G-MAC Outdoor Third Team in the 4 x 400.....G-MAC Freshmen Team both indoors and outdoors.....ran in six cross country meets as a freshman.....best 6K time was 25:02 in the All-Ohio Championship to place 199th out of 503 competitors.....finished 9th in the Cedarville Open in 19:50 for the 5K.

High School - Graduate of Fairfield Union High School.....three-sport athlete during prep career.....earned three letters in three seasons of track & field.....placed 8th in the 2014 Ohio Division II 4 x 800 meter relay for all-state honors.....Mid-State League Buckeye Division champion in the 800, 1600, 4 x 400, and 4 x 800 as a senior.....school and Southeast District record holder in both relay events.....2014 MSL Buckeye Division, Lancaster Eagle Gazette, and Alan Myers Female Runner of the Year.....four-year letter winner in soccer.....played in 2013 Southeast District All-Star Game.....played two seasons of basketball with one letter.....member of 2012 MSL Buckeye Division championship team on the hardwood.....valedictorian of graduating class.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a business management major at Cedarville University.....born 6/3/95 in Lancaster, OH.....daughter of Greg and Cheryl Rose.....has two younger brothers.
