- All-G-MAC Indoor Second Team as 5,000 meter runner-up in 17:24.10
- Finished third in the 3K in a career-best 10:03.27
- Established an indoor PR in the mile at Ashland at 5:07.0
- Took third place in the 10,000 meters at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship in 36:46.45
- Ran a career-best 10K of 36:33.60 win the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic
- Set PR’s in the 1,500 (4:47.48) at the Bellarmine Invitational and in the 5K (17:10.50) at the Baldwin-Wallace Twilight
- Quickly improved to become one of the Lady Jackets’ top cross country runners

2022-23 (Freshman)
- Ran in two indoor meets and six outdoor meets in the track & field season
- Registered a 2:27.28 result in the 800 meters at the Wittenberg Indoor Invitational
- Placed sixth in the 3,000 meters (10:42.52) as CU won a fifth consecutive NCCAA Indoor banner
- Posted a runner-up finish in the outdoor mile run with a 5:26.40 effort at the Otterbein Twilight
- Top outing in the outdoor 5,000 meters was 18:16.55 at the Tiffin Track Carnival
- A 10,000 meter performance of 38:03.32 was good for an eighth-place spot at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship
- Participated in five of the eight cross country meets as a first-year collegiate runner
- Produced a season-best 6K time of 23:05.3 as the USTFCCCA Division II No. 7 Lady Jackets won the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational
- Top effort in the 5K was an 18:38.2 as Cedarville placed first of 44 teams at the Alabama-Huntsville Invitational
