Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Jennifer Hollander returns for another campaign with the Cedarville University women’s track & field squad in the distance events.....ran in all six cross country meets this past fall.....registered a career-best effort of 20:11 in two meets - the Friendship Invitational and the All-Ohio Collegiate Championship.....placed 46th of 184 runners at the NCCAA National Championship with a 20:12 performance.....earned NCCAA Scholar-Athlete recognition.....did not participate during the 2011 track and field season.

2009-10 - Participated in five indoor meets.....top finish was a seventh-place in the mile at the Indiana Wesleyan Invitational (5:58.16).....posted seventh-place finishes in the 10,000 meters in two outdoor meets - American Mideast Conference Championship (41:52.41) and the Emory Invitational (43:58.81).....ran in five varsity cross country meets with the NAIA nationally-ranked Lady Jackets.....best effort of the campaign was 20:41 in the season-opening Shawnee State Invitational.

2008-09 - Participated in three indoor track meets.....earned NCCAA Indoor All-America honors as part of the distance medley relay squad.....placed sixth in the 3000 meters at the Depauw Tiger Invitational with a time of 11:42.72.....finished in 13th position (41:58.87) in the 10,000 meters at the NCCAA Outdoor Championship.....placed ninth in the 10,000 meters at the American Mideast Conference Championship with a 43:18.94 effort....ran with the CU women’s cross country JV squad in fall 2008.

High School - Completed a two-sport career at Centerville High School..... one-year letter winner in track.....earned two letters in cross country..... high school squad finished eighth at the 2007 Ohio State Meet.....National Honor Society Student.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a nursing major at Cedarville University.....born 7/4/90 in Dayton, OH....daughter of James and Candace Hollander.....has two older brothers.....has two older sisters.....older sister Rebekah, participated in cross country and track at Miami University of Ohio.
