Jessica Barton is in her second campaign with the CU women’s track & field program.....will again specialize in the pole vault event.....placed third at the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Indoor Championship with a season-best effort of 10-5.50.....finished fifth in the pole vault (10-4.75) at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Indoor Championships.....top outdoor effort in the pole vault was sixth-place 10-0.75 at the G-MAC Outdoor Championships.....NCCAA Indoor All-American.

High School - Four-year letter winner in track & field at Centerville High School....district runner-up and finished eighth in the pole vault at the regional.....produced a personal-best outing of 10-8 as a prep pole vaulter.....one-year letter winner in cross country.....Academic All-Conference honoree.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a professional writing and information design major at Cedarville University.....born 4/7/99 in Dayton, OH.....daughter of Jim and Melissa Barton.....older brother, Jimmy, was a four-year distance runner with the Yellow Jackets.
