Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Jessica Dahnke is in a second season as a thrower with the Lady Jacket women’s track and field squad.....recorded an indoor best-effort of 32-06.50 in the shot put for an eighth-place finish at the Cedarville Collegiate Open and a 30-00.75 effort in the weight throw.....posted 12 individual points during the 2011 spring outdoor season.....placed 11th in the shot put at the American Mideast Conference championship with a season-best 32-07.00 effort.....earned a seventh-place spot in the discus at the NCCAA Outdoor Championship with a season-best toss of 119-7.00.....finished fourth in the discus at the Yellow Jacket Outdoor Open.

High School - Produced a solid three-sport career at Waynesville High School.....four-year letter winner in track.....two-time state qualifier in the discus event with an 11th place finish in 2009 and a ninth-place spot in 2010.....holds school record in the discus event with a 126-5 effort.....All-Region Second Team selection.....First Team All-District 15 and All-Southwestern Buckeye League honoree.....garnered four letters in volleyball.....named to the All-SWBL First Team.....District 15 Honorable Mention choice.....two-year letter winner in basketball.....member of the District 15 and All-SWBL First Team.....played in District 15 All-Star Game.....holds school record for most free throws made in a game.....earned District 15 All-Star Academic recognition.....National Honor Society student.
