CAREER STATS
Jodi (Davis) Johnson is in her fourth year with the Lady Jacket running program.....participated in the 200, 400, 500 and 800 meters during the 2017 indoor track & field season.....placed 10th in the 500 meters at the Tiffin University Open with a time of 1:30.79.....produced an outdoor season-best effort of 1:11.69 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Yellow Jacket Open.....placed 10th (1:11.96) in the event at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships.....earned a sixth-place spot in the 400 meter hurdles at the Otterbein Invitational with a 1:12.42 outing.....NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.
2016-17 - Did not participate in cross country / track & field last season due to injury.....member of the G-MAC Academic Team.
2015-16 - Ran in five of the seven cross country meets.....best 6K performance was a 25:55 at the All-Ohio Championships at CU’s Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.....posted a 20:24 effort in the 5K Friendship Invitational also held on the home course.
2014-15 - Competed in the middle distance events and the hurdles during the track & field season.....Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Indoor First Team as a member of winning distance medley squad.....earned a spot on the G-MAC Outdoor Third Team in the 4 x 400 relay.....G-MAC Freshmen Team both indoors and outdoors......saw action in six varsity meets as a freshman.....finished 19th in the G-MAC in a 6K best 24:04.....fastest 5K mark was 20:18 which placed 15th in the Cedarville Open.
High School - Graduate of Grace Christian High School in Anchorage.....four-year letter winner in track and cross country.....member of four-time state championship squads in both sports.....state champion in the 300 meter hurdles.....finished in the state Top 10 individually in cross country.....National Honor Society student.
Personal - Dean’s List student as a nursing major at Cedarville University.....born 8/3/95 in Soldotna, AK.....married former Yellow Jacket cross country runner Eric Johnson on July 25, 2016.....daughter of John and Sherri Davis.....older sister, Katrina, ran cross country at Corban College.....older sister, BethAnne, was a four-year cross country runner at Union TN.....also has an older brother, Caleb.
