CAREER STATS

Lyndsey Smith is in her final season with the Lady Jacket track & field program specializing in the sprints and long jump.....also a four-year member of the CU women’s soccer program.....one of six players to start all 17 games during the 2018 season.....scored a goal in a 4-0 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) win over Malone.

2017-18 - Tallied 55 individual points during the indoor season.....won the 400 meters event at the Capital Open with a 1:01.99 effort.....posted runner-up finishes in the long jump at the NCCAA Indoor Championships (17-07) and the Cedarville Collegiate Invitational (17-5.25).....recorded 29 outdoor individual points.....placed third in the 100 meters at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a season-best 12.43 performance.....NCCAA Indoor All-American in the long jump and 4 x 400 meter relay.....G-MAC Academic Team.....started all 19 games as a defender during the 2017 soccer campaign.....part of a defensive unit that posted eight shutouts while allowing 18 goals.....attempted two shots on goal.....G-MAC Second Team.

2016-17 - Put together an outstanding track & field season at CU.....NCAA Division II Indoor All-American in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR).....United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division II Indoor All-American (DMR).....USTFCCCA Division II Indoor All-Region Team (DMR).....G-MAC Indoor First Team.....G-MAC Outdoor Second Team.....USTFCCCA Division II All-Academic.....appeared in all 18 games with 13 starts as a defender/forward during the 2016 soccer campaign.....first collegiate goal was the game-winner in a 2-0 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) victory at Malone.

2015-16 - Produced a stellar rookie outing on the track with 32 individual indoor points and a team-high 92 individual points during the outdoor season.....recorded an NCAA Division II Indoor Qualifying and a school-record effort in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR).....earned National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Indoor All-America honors in the 4 x 400 meter relay.....United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division II Indoor Region Team (DMR).....G-MAC Indoor and G-MAC Outdoor First Team selection.....G-MAC Indoor and Outdoor Freshmen Team honoree.....USTFCCCA Division II All-Academic recognition.....appeared in 10 games with two starts for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) women’s soccer champions.....tallied a pair of assists as a defender.....first collegiate assist came in a G-MAC 13-0 win at Salem International.....also assisted on a goal during a 6-0 league victory over visiting Ohio Valley.

High School - Three-year letter winner in indoor/outdoor track & field at Eastern Christian High School.....member of the 2014 track & field state championship team.....three-time all-county and two-time all-conference outdoor track honoree.....two-time 400 meter non-public B State Champion.....100 meter and 200 meter non-public B State Champion in 2014.....three-year varsity soccer athlete.....two-time all-league selection.....National Honor Society student.
