Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Sarah Stevens is back for her second season with the Cedarville University women’s track & field team....competed this past fall with the NAIA nationally-ranked Lady Jacket cross country team.....ran in six of the eight varsity cross country meets.....best effort of the season was a 19:55 performance to finish 33rd of 134 runners at the NCCAA Championship..... NCCAA Indoor All-American with a 3rd-place finish in the distance medley relay last spring.....also participated in the indoor mile as well as the outdoor 1,500 and 5K.

High School - Ran four years of track and cross country at Dawson Bryant High School.....earned all-conference honors in track & field as a senior.....named Top Runner of the Year in 2008.....high school cross country squad garnered the 2006 Ohio Valley Conference Championship.....two-time member of the Ohio Valley All-Conference Team in 2006 and 2007.....honored as the cross country Top Runner of the Year in 2008.

Personal - Chemistry/pre-med major at Cedarville University....born 4/17/90 in Chesapeake, VA....daughter of John and Ruby Stevens....has one younger brother.
