Biography
Stacey Keller returns for her final season as a member of the Cedarville University women’s track team.....member of the 2008 NAIA national runner-up cross country squad.....ran a season-best 19:41 at the NAIA National Championship.....placed 36th at the American Mideast Conference Championship with a time of 21:27.....NAIA and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete in cross country.
2007-08 - Registered 22 individual indoor track team points.....best finish of the campaign was in the 3,000 meters at the Capital Invitational - a 10:45.91 runner-up effort.....placed 5th in the mile at the NCCAA Indoor Championship.....participated in just three outdoor meets last spring.....placed 3rd in the 1,500 meters at the AMC Championship.....earned NAIA and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete recognition.....ran in all eight cross country meets for the 2007 NAIA national runner-up Lady Jackets.....career-best 18:48 performance produced a 13th-place finish of 114 runners at the AMC/NAIA Region IX meet.....ran an 18:52 at the NCCAA Championship to place 14th for All-America honors.
2006-07 - Posted 42 individual points during the indoor/outdoor season.....named to the All-AMC Second Team in the 1,500 meters for her 2nd- place finish in a season-best time of 4:49.31.....captured the 1,000 meter run (3:06 and 3:07.97) at two separate indoor meets at Ohio Northern.....participated in six varsity cross country meets during the campaign.....season-best effort of 19:52 produced a 26th-place finish out of 131 runners at the NAIA Region IX meet.
2005-06 - Totaled 25 individual points during the Lady Jackets’ indoor season.....placed 2nd in the 800 meters at the Findlay Open, 2nd in the 1,000 meters at the Ohio Northern Invitational and 2nd in the mile at the Rose Hulman Invitational.....finished 5th in the 1,500 meter run at the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open with a 5:23.42 performance.....ran in all eight varsity cross country meets as a freshman and helped the team finish 4th at the NAIA National Championship.....best outing was a 19:34 at the NCCAA National Championship which placed 28th of 142 runners.....finished 23rd of 155 competitors with a 19:54 effort as CU captured the AMC and NAIA Region IX titles.
High School - Produced a record-setting career at Harrisburg Christian High School.....four-year letter winner on the track with school records in the 800; 1,600; and 3,200 meters.....also holds the league mark in the 1,600 meters.....member of the 2005 conference championship track & field squad.....two-time state meet participant in cross country.....placed 12th in the district as a junior and was 29th at the state level.....finished 13th in the district as a senior.....played two seasons of field hockey with two letters.....salutatorian of graduating class....National Honor Society student.
Personal - Dean’s List student as a vocal performance major at Cedarville University.....born 6/22/87 in Harrisburg, PA.....daughter of Jim and Karen Keller.....has one older sister.
