- NCCAA Indoor All-American in the 5,000 meters with a third place finish in 18:24.46
- Set indoor PR’s in the 3K (10:22.11) at Wittenberg and 5K (18:14.25) at the G-MAC Championship
- Produced outdoor career bests in 1,500 (5:03.10) at Ohio University and 5K (17:39.66) at Bellarmine
- Ran in four of the seven cross country meets on the 2023 docket
- Posted a 5K time of 18:55 as the Lady Jackets were second of 41 schools at the Alabama-Huntsville Invitational
- Finished as CU’s #6 runner with season-best 6K time of 23:15.9 in the All-Ohio Challenge for the champion Lady Jackets

- Competed in five indoor meets and six outdoor track & field meets as a rookie
- Produced a runner-up finish in the 5K with a time of 18:31.16 at the Wittenberg Indoor Showcase
- Top effort in the 3K was 10:34.87 as CU won a fifth straight NCCAA Indoor banner
- Placed fourth in the 5,000 meters (18:25.25) at the NCCAA Indoor
- Registered an outdoor season-best time of 5:03.18 in the 1,500 meters at the Tiffin Track Carnival
- Best effort in the 5,000 meters was 18:09.96 at the Lee Flames Invitational
- Finished tenth in the 5K at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship in 18:11.83
- Participated in the first six of the eight cross country meets
- Top outing in the 6K was a 23:02 as the Lady Jackets won the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational
- Registered a 23:38.6 effort as USTFCCCA Division II No. 6 Cedarville won their second consecutive G-MAC trophy
- Produced a 5K best time of 18:38.6 as No. 7 CU won the 44-team Alabama-Huntsville Invitational
