Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Ken Winter is in his third season as a member of the Yellow Jacket men’s soccer coaching staff. He is a 2009 graduate of Cedarville University and also serves as the Student Ministries Pastor at Dayton Avenue Baptist Church in Xenia.

Prior to coming to CU, Winter spent five years as a youth pastor in East Stroudsburg, Pa. He was the boys varsity soccer assistant coach at East Stroudsburg South High School for four seasons and was the girls varsity assistant for two years.

Winter played at Gordon College in Massachusetts for two seasons. He enjoyed a successful prep career and was a member of the Class 5A state championship squad at Overland High School in Aurora, Colorado in 1995.

Ken and his wife, Tara, reside in Cedarville with their three children: Katelyn, 11; Anna, 8; and Jacob, 4.
