CEDARVILLE, Ohio - No one among the Top 20 schools in the latest NAIA women’s cross country poll moved from a week ago including Cedarville, who maintained its position at #7.
The Lady Jackets totaled 521 points in the poll. Fellow American Mideast Conference member Malone is #5 with 566 points.
Cedarville hosts the AMC Championship on Saturday and the league receives two automatic bids to the NAIA Nationals. Roberts Wesleyan and Houghton are the only other league schools even receiving votes in the poll.
Defending national champion Azusa Pacific is the unanimous #1 ranked team. Completing the top five ahead of Malone are California State-San Marcos, Simon Fraser (B.C.), and Biola (Calif.).
