CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Joy Kellogg is ranked 19th among NAIA singles players in the East Region of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. She is the highest-ranked player among American Mideast Conference schools.
Kellogg, a junior from Arlington, Ohio, plays in the #1 position for the Lady Jackets. She posted a 3-1 singles record in dual match competition during the fall season and sports a 19-15 career mark.
Kellogg enhanced her rating by advancing to the quarterfinals of the 2009 ITA Midwest Regional hosted by Cedarville University in September. She was eliminated by the eventual region singles champion.
The ITA East Region includes ITA-affiliated tennis programs in Michigan, western New York, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, eastern Illinois, and northern Missouri.
