CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Another important recruit has been added to the 2010 CU baseball roster. Logan Kasabian, a Fossil Ridge High School (TX) graduate, has signed a letter of intent to further his education at Cedarville University and play baseball for the Yellow Jackets.
Kasabian played his freshman year of baseball at West Valley High School in Hemet, California. He earned all-district honorable mention as a third baseman.
Kasabian was a three-year performer at Class 5A Fossil Ridge. He received all-district second team recognition as an outfielder during his junior campaign. As a senior, he led the team with 24 RBI's while posting a 6-1 record on the mound in conference play including three shutouts. Kasabian finished the season with a 1.24 ERA.
Kasabian completed his career being named to the all-district first team. He was voted the Team MVP and Teammate of the Year and was the recipient of the Cal Ripken, Jr. Award.
Logan is the son of John and Pam Kasabian of Keller, Texas. He plans on majoring in graphic design at Cedarville.
