Box Score 2 DAYTON, Ohio - Alderson Broaddus defeated Cedarville twice in a couple of G-MAC pitching battles staged at Wright State University's Nischwitz Stadium.
The Battlers won by scores of 6-4 and 2-0.
In the opener, AB recovered from a two-run deficit with back-to-back three-run innings in the fourth and fifth.
The Yellow Jackets outhit the home side, 11-5, but stranded 10 runners on base.
Joey Chapman,
Dan Llerena, and
Colton Potter recorded two hits apiece.
Offense was at a premium in the nightcap. AB pushed across single runs in the first and sixth innings.
Cedarville's only hits were singles off the bats of
Drew Johnson,
Marshall Johnson, and
David Lenhardt.
