Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Lauren Jackson is in her fourth season with the Lady Jacket tennis program.....will serve as a co-captain this year.....registered a 13-7 record in the #1 singles position.....undefeated in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) action with a 6-0 mark.....has a 27-19 career singles record.....teamed up with Kristen Heydt for a 17-4 mark (7-0 G-MAC) in the #1 doubles slot....National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-America First Team selection.....G-MAC Player of the Year.....member of the G-MAC Team.

2014-15 - Went 1-6 at #1 singles and 1-5 at #2 doubles in the fall portion of the schedule before being sidelined with a season-ending injury.

2014 - Posted a 13-6 singles record including a 7-5 mark at the #1 spot.....16-4 overall doubles record - 11-4 at #1 and 5-0 in #2 positions.....recorded a 4-1 singles tally and paired with Joy Dice for a 5-1 record in league action.....first collegiate singles victory was a 6-2, 6-0 verdict at Fairmont State.....won all three singles and all four doubles matches during the annual spring break trip to Florida....2014 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Player of the Year.....G-MAC Freshman of the Year.....All-G-MAC First Team selection.

High School - Four-year varsity member of the boys tennis team at Vandalia-Butler High School.....member of two-time district qualifier squad and four-time Great Western Ohio Conference (GWOC) North Championship team.....earned all-area singles honors in 2010 and 2011.....all-area doubles recognition in 2012.....four-time All-GWOC First Team selection.....team captain and MVP honoree.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Athletic training major at Cedarville University.....born 3/2/95 in Dayton, OH.....daughter of Larry and Eileen Jackson.....father played tennis at Bowling Green State University.....older sister, Kara, played tennis at David Lipscomb University.....older brother, Andy, played tennis at the United States Air Force Academy.....younger sister, Morgan, is a freshman member of the tennis team at Indiana East University.
