Stephen Combs is back for his fourth season with the Yellow Jackets.....saw limited action in singles play last season with a 1-2 mark at the #6 position.....posted a 6-12 mark at #3 doubles.....National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Scholar-Athlete.....Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Academic Team.

2014-15 - Posted a 6-4 singles record including a 3-1 slate in conference play.....finished 9-14 at #3 doubles.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2013-14 - Finished with a 12-9 singles record as a rookie.....played 18 matches in the #6 position with a 9-9 mark.....tallied a 5-9 slate at #3 doubles alongside Adam Levesque.

High School - Four-year tennis letter winner at Dayton Christian High School.....Metro Buckeye Conference Player of the Year as a senior with a school-record 18 wins at #1 singles.....named to the All-MBC first team three times and was a second team honoree as a freshman.....All-Area Second Team in singles as a senior.....earned three letters in four years of golf.....helped lead team to 2012 conference title.....All-MBC second team on the links as a senior.....also played basketball three seasons and participated in track & field for one season.....valedictorian of graduating class.....National Honor Society.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a finance major at Cedarville University.....born 2/2/95 in Dayton, OH.....son of Rev. Mark and Chris Combs.....father played tennis at Bryan College and Miami-Middletown.....has one older sister and three older brothers.....younger brother, Micah, is a freshman member of the JV basketball team at Asbury University.
