If your team is not traveling with a certified athletic trainer, please contact us in advance. In the event that we are not contacted, any treatments requiring the use of therapeutic modalities require written permission and treatment protocols must be provided by the visiting team's Team Physician. Also, visiting teams are expected to provide their own taping, bracing and/or padding supplies.

Community Hospital 2615 East High St.; Springfield, Ohio  45501 Phone: 937-325-0531    72 N to Springfield, 72 becomes Limestone St., right on High St., hospital is on the right. Parking entrance is to the east of the ER ambulance entrance.

Greene Memorial Hospital 1141 N. Monroe Dr.; Xenia, Ohio  45385 Phone: 937-372-8011     72 S, right on Rt. 42 into Xenia to first stop light, bear right, go about a half block to the first stop sign, turn right on Monroe Dr. and follow through a residential area, go about 1 mile, hospital is on the right.

Greene Memorial 50 Progress Dr.; Xenia, Ohio 45385 Phone: 937-352-2850 Take 42 to Xenia.  At first traffic light take a left.  At next light (Main St.) take a right. This is 35/Main St. At Progress Drive take a right. Take an immediate Left and then another left into the urgent care facility.
