The Rapid Fired Pizza Female Athlete of the Week (Oct. 31-Nov. 6) is cross country runner Alayna Ackley. The senior from Hart, Michigan placed 17th to earn All-Region honors at the NCAA II Midwest Regional Championship with a 6,000 meter time of 21:31.3. The Lady Jackets finished in third place to claim an automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Championship on November 20 in Saint Leo, Florida. The 30-team regional event took place on Saturday, November 6 at the Angel Mounds State Park in Evansville, Indiana.
