Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The Rapid Fired Pizza Female Athlete of the Week (December 12-19) for the second consecutive week is women's basketball player Emily Chapman. The 5-foot-5 senior guard from Proctorville, Ohio led the Lady Jackets to a pair of victories at the "Hoops In Hawaii Holiday Classic" played in Honolulu. Chapman fired in a season-high 30 points in a 72-60 win over Embry-Riddle on Friday, Dec. 17. She tossed in a team-high 18 points and joined the CU 1,000 Point Club in pacing Cedarville to a 103-33 rout of Northwest Indian College on Sunday night, Dec. 19. Chapman was named the Most Valuable Player at the event.
