The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Female Athlete of the Week (March 17-23) is track & field sprinter Alexandra Brizzi. The senior from Bensalem, Pennsylvania produced a stellar outing at the non-scoring Lee Invitational on Fri.-Sat., March 22-23 in Cleveland, Tennessee. Brizzi placed first of 42 participants in the 100 meters (11.84 seconds)  and finished first of 54 participants in the 200 meters (24.36 seconds). She was also part of the 4 x 100 meter relay unit that placed first in a school record time of 47.07 seconds.
