Benjamin Carman is the Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week. He scored with five seconds remaining to give the Yellow Jackets a 1-0 G-MAC win over Lake Erie in the annual Homecoming soccer game. Earlier in the week, the junior from Waxhaw, NC converted a penalty kick in a 3-1 setback at Ashland ending Cedarville's scoreless streak that had reached 340 minutes.
