The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (March 6-12) is basketball player Rachel Hurley. The 5-foot-4 senior guard from Indiana, Pennsylvania helped lead the #7-seed Lady Jackets to the Elite Eight of the NAIA II National Tournament. She paced the team with 17 points along with four assists in an opening round win over #2-seed Saint Francis IN. Hurley added 10 points, four rebounds and four assists in an 81-76 Sweet Sixteen upset of #3-seed Ozarks. Hurley contributed 10 points, five boards and three assists in an 81-58 loss to #1-seed and undefeated Davenport on Saturday, March 12, 2011. The 32-team annual event is held in Sioux City, Iowa.
