The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Sept. 25-Oct. 1) is cross country runner Evan Thayer. The senior from Naperville, Illinois placed 31st among 310 competitors in the 57th All-Ohio Intecollegiate Championship on Friday, Sept. 30 at CU's Elvin R. King Cross Country Course. Thayer was the Jackets' top finisher and posted a 25.57 effort in the 8,000 meter event as Cedarville finished 10th among 45 participating schools.
