Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 9-15) is cross country runner Evan Thayer. The 6-foot senior from Naperville, Illinois helped the Yellow Jackets to a 16th place finish at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Saturday, Oct. 15. Thayer finished 82nd out of 288 runners in the 10,000 meter race in 31:33 as CU defeated such schools as LSU, Texas Tech, and Texas Christian.
