Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (April 15-21) is softball player Kelsey Wilson. The sophomore outfielder/infielder from Bloomington, Illinois is in the midst of a record-setting campaign for the Lady Jackets. Wilson batted .647 in six games last week including a double, a triple, a game-winning home run and six RBI's. A run-scoring single in the top of the third inning in the second game of a twinbill at Northern Kentucky broke the long-standing school record for most hits in a single season (75). Wilson currently ranks second in the nation in the NCAA II batting average statistics.
