The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Feb. 1-7) is senior basketball player Daniel Rose. The 6-10 post player from Ocho Rios, Jamaica helped the NAIA II #4-ranked Yellow Jackets post two AMC road wins last week. Rose provided 11 points off the bench in a 70-63 win at Wilberforce on Tuesday, February 3. He turned aside a school-record 11 blocked shots in CU's 64-53 victory on Saturday, February 7 at Notre Dame OH. He scored all 11 of his points in the second half for a double-double performance.
