Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Feb. 6-12) is track & field distance runner Olivia Esbenshade. The senior from Marietta, Pennsylvania shattered the CU 3,000 meter record at the Grand Valley State Big Meet on Friday, Feb. 10 with a time of 9:50.28 which also met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard. Esbenshade was part of the winning DMR quartet on Saturday, Feb. 11 at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 11:29.57 to post the #2 time in DII this winter and meet the automatic qualifying time for the national meet.
