Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Feb. 9-15) is basketball player Kaysie Brittenham. The 5-9 sophomore guard from Toledo, Ohio led the Lady Jackets to a pair of important Great Midwest Athletic Conference road wins last week. On Thursday, Feb. 13 Brittenham fired in a career-high 18 points in a 75-72 victory at Kentucky Wesleyan. She followed up with a new career-high of 20 points in a 63-59 verdict at Trevecca Nazarene on Saturday, Feb. 15. In the two contests, Brittenham hit 15-of-23 shots from the field including 7-of-11 from three-point range.
