Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Apr. 27-May 3) is track & field performer Carsyn Koch. The freshman from Washburn, Maine won two events while setting a meet and school record at the NCCAA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Koch won the 1,500 meters in 4:24.26 - taking more than four seconds off of both the NCCAA and CU records. She also won the 800 meters in 2:12.62 - third-best this year in NCAA II. Cedarville placed 9th in the 25-team field held in Rome, Georgia on May 1-2.
