Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (February 20-26) is track & field middle distance runner Olivia Esbenshade. The senior from Marietta, Pennsylvania won three events to help the Lady Jackets to victory in the G-MAC Indoor Championship at the CU's Doden Field House on Saturday, Feb. 25. Esbenshade, named the Athlete of the Meet, set a meet record in winning the mile in 4:59.14 and also ran to victory in the 800 meters in 2:13.28. She was also a member of the winning 4 x 400 meter relay squad which turned in a meet record time of 3:59.52.
