The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (November 6-12) is cross country performer Alaina Spears. The senior from Frazeysburg, Ohio won the individual title with a career-best performance to lead the Lady Jackets to their 11th NCCAA Cross Country Championship. Spears toured the 5K Choctaw Trails Course in 17:29 to earn All-America honors. The 13-team event was held in Jackson, Mississippi on Sat., November 11.
