The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 4-10) is soccer goalkeeper Kevin Bender. The junior from Lebanon, PA helped the Yellow Jackets post a 1-0 win over Roberts Wesleyan and a 1-1 double overtime tie with Houghton on Friday & Saturday, Oct. 9 &10 in matches played at the AIA Complex in Xenia, OH. The shutout against RWC was Bender's fourth of the season. Cedarville improved to 7-2-3 overall and 2-0-2 in the American Mideast Conference.
