Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Male Athlete of the Week (Nov. 17-23) is men's soccer player Carter Selvius. The senior keeper from Byron Center, Michigan, an All-G-MAC Second Team selection, tied Cedarville's single-season record of ten shutouts and his 17 career shutouts ties for third all-time. The Yellow Jackets completed the 2019 season with back-to-back 0-0 draws for the first time in school history and the CU back line allowed just one goal in the final six contests of the year.
