Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Female Athlete of the Week (March 1-7) is softball player Sarah Parsons. The senior shortstop from Lexington, Kentucky tied for a team-best eight base hits during the Lady Jacket Spring Break trip to Florida. Parsons powered a pair of home runs with five runs batted in and five runs scored. Her second HR of the week - against Quincy on Friday, March 6 - was the 18th of her career which is good for first all-time in Cedarville softball history.
