Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The Cedarville Male Athlete of the Week (Sept. 6-15) is golfer Cody Cogdill. The junior from Pataskala, Ohio finished second in the Malone Invitational with one of the best 54-hole scores in school history to pace the Yellow Jackets to a fourth-place showing. Cogdill shot 71-76-71-218 (+2) to tie one other player for the top spot but fell shy of medalist honors on the first playoff hole. The six-team event was held at Glenmoor County Club in Canton, Ohio on Monday-Tuesday, Sept. 14-15.
