WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Kara Cayton came off the bench to fire in a career-high 20 points to spark NAIA Division II #11 Cedarville to a 73-61 win against #23 Taylor in the opening round of the Grace Classic.

Cayton nailed 6-of-8 shots from beyond the arc and was 7-of-9 overall from the field. She also came away with three steals.

Caitlyn Brooks scored 13 points. Alison Lemon piled up 12 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals while Aubrey Siemon chipped in 10 points.

The Lady Jackets improved to 2-1 with the victory. They hit 55 percent of their shots in the first half, culminating with Cayton's fifth triple of the period just before the buzzer, for a 45-32 lead at the intermission. [STATS]
