WESTERVILLE, Ohio - The Lady Jackets won four-of-six singles matches to rally for a 5-4 win at Otterbein to stay perfect for the fall season.
The two teams were knotted at 4-4 with #6 singles player
Lyndsay Stine still on the court. She won in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2, to clinch the victory.
Cedarville, 3-0 overall, trailed coming out of doubles. The lone point was secured by #2
Joy Dice and
Melissa Stoltzfus by an 8-0 count.
The Jackets dominated the singles. Along with Stine's decision, they won in slots #2 through #4.
Gaining the other points were
Brooke Johnson (6-0, 6-2), Dice (6-2, 6-0), and Stoltzfus (6-0, 6-3).
The Cardinals fall to 0-3 on the season.
