COLUMBUS, Ohio - Cedarville ended its two-match G-MAC road swing by disposing of host Ohio Dominican with its second consecutive sweep.
The Lady Jackets, 4-11 overall and 3-5 G-MAC, won by scores of 25-15, 25-21, 25-23.
CU trailed 18-13 in the third set before rallying. The visitors finished things off with a 7-2 spurt.
Taylor Wilkerson produced a double-double of 16 kills and 13 digs while
Lauren Willow added 10 kills and three blocks.
Sierra Schuitema piled up a career-high 42 assists with 10 digs.
Autumn Foust led the back line with 23 digs.
Stinger Notes:
- Less than 24 hours after setting a season-high in team attack percentage, the Jackets bettered that with a .276 mark.
- Schuitema's previous assist high of 39 was set last year vs. McKendree at the Midwest Region Crossover.
- Willow has buried ten or more kills in five of the past six outings.
- Wilkerson continued her torrid play at the net hitting double figures in kills for the seventh straight time (4.5 K/S).
- Cedarville owns a 54-19 lead in the all-time season series. ODU visits the Callan Athletic Center on Oct. 26.
