NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Trevecca's goal in the first minute of play held up en route to a 1-0 decision over the Lady Jackets in a G-MAC women's soccer contest.
The Trojans, 2-3-2 overall and 2-0 G-MAC, found the net just 32 seconds after kickoff.
Cedarville drops to 2-4 and 1-1 G-MAC. All six matches this fall have been decided by one goal.
The Jackets ended up outshooting the hosts 8-6 overall and 6-4 in shots on goal.
Allison Garlock, who has surrendered only two goals in her last four outings, made three saves.
Stinger Notes:
- It was the fourth consecutive 1-0 contest played by Cedarville this season.
- Five of the six games played to date by the Lady Jackets have ended with 1-0 score lines.
- Trevecca holds a 7-4-3 advantage in the all-time series.
- The rematch is Oct. 31 in Cedarville.
