CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville made 'Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Night' a little extra special with a decisive 4-0 result against California PA.
The Yellow Jackets, 1-0-1, netted three goals in the first half and never looked back in remaining unbeaten on the young season.
Gui Fernandes' strike in the 17th minute got the offense started and
Pedro Alvares followed up from
Nick Marculo in the 35th.
 and
Jackson Ellison looped in a 30-yarder for his first collegiate goal in the 42nd minute to make it 3-0 at the break.
Andre Salviano completed the scoring in the 65th from
Zac Muir.
Carter Selvius made two saves in his eighth career shutout.
