VIENNA, W.Va. - Freshman
Paige Garr dropped in a career-high 18 points and the Lady Jackets earned their 20th victory with an 84-65 G-MAC result at Ohio Valley in the regular season finale.
Cedarville heads to the conference tournament at 20-7 overall and 13-5 G-MAC - the third consecutive 20-victory campaign for Head Coach
Kari Hoffman.
Isabelle Bolender added 17 points on her birthday.
Emily Chapman chipped in 12 points and
Ashlyn Huffman had 11.
A 20-8 run to end the first quarter and two minutes into the second put the visitors in control. The largest lead was 23 points late in the contest.
Stinger Notes:
- All 12 players in uniform played and scored.
- Garr's previous career-high was 15 - also against OVU at home.
- Bolender made five-of-six three-pointers and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
- CU made 11-of-22 triples as a team to shoot .500 or better for the fourth time outside the arc.
- Chapman and Huffman doled out five assists apiece.
- The Lady Jackets have won all 12 meetings vs. Ohio Valley.
