TIFFIN, Ohio - The Lady Jackets stifled Tiffin, 76-46, in a battle of defending G-MAC champions to open conference play at the Gillmor Student Center.
Cedarville claimed the 2020-21 G-MAC regular season trophy while the Dragons won the tournament, ironically, at the Callan Athletic Center.
The visitors dominated this matchup from the opening tip.
The Jackets shot 56 percent in the first half while building a 44-19 lead at the break.
The margin swelled to as much as 57-23 midway through the third quarter.
Paige Garr paced a balanced offense with 15 points while
Emily Chapman added 14 for Cedarville, 4-1 overall.
Isabelle Bolender chipped in ten points and
Lexi Moore hauled in a game-high ten rebounds.

- CU scored the first seven points of the game and never trailed.
- The defense held Tiffin to 30 percent shooting from the field.
- All 12 players grabbed at least one rebound and ten scored.
- Bolender, Chapman, and Allison Mader handed out three assists each.
