No. 9 Cedarville rallies for win at Findlay

FINDLAY, Ohio - Emily Chapman rained in eight triples and Ashlyn Huffman posted a triple-double to spark the WBCA Division II No. 9 Lady Jackets to a 77-69 G-MAC victory at Findlay.

Chapman buried seven of her eight three-pointers in the first half and eventually matched her career-high with 24 points to go along with five assists.

Huffman became the first Lady Jacket in 11 years to record a triple-double by finishing with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Cedarville had to erase a ten-point deficit to improve to 16-2 overall and 16-2 G-MAC.

The Oilers never trailed in the first half and built a 33-23 lead with 3:45 left in the second quarter before settling for a four-margin at the break.

After surrendering the first basket of the second half, the Jackets reeled off nine unanswered points to grab the lead for good.
